Over the last 15 years (but who’s counting?), I’ve worn many hats in the mental health field. Before starting Evergreen Therapy in 2015, I delivered therapy and coaching services to at-risk youth aging out of foster care, provided family therapy services in a South Florida community clinic, offered a range of support services to LGBTQ young people and their families, delivered education and crisis response services to immigrant families, and served as the lead therapist and Clinical Director for a substance abuse treatment facility.
I am grateful to walk this path with you! I believe that we heal through connection and that change is possible. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy and hope to hold space for us to co-create new possibilities. As a collaborative therapist, I meet my clients where they are, so that together we can create a path towards healing. I understand how this may look differently for each of us, and I’m excited to share my unique therapeutic approach with you and support you on your journey.
