Individual Therapy

When I work with individuals, I help them utilize their personal strengths to overcome whatever challenges they’re experiencing. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and draw from Eastern approaches that emphasize present-moment awareness, self-knowledge, compassion for self and others, and acceptance. I assist my clients in creating healthier patterns and practices that are more in line with their desired circumstances. In other words, I help my clients envision the changes they want to experience and then collaborate with them so they can make those changes possible.
